Shipping Policy

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.
Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1-3 days and shipped to the delivery address. All our products leave our facilities 1-3 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by ship, we offer an international service. Estimated average times: Normally: 8-12 days depending on product demand… In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc…) or logistics may take 3 to 4 weeks. Having a margin of 60 days for the product to arrive, if not, you can proceed to refund for a lost / not shipped order. All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilities of your order.

Considerations

“If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package are processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incora there will be no refund option and the next shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer.

New Buyz is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties, or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the package purchased, so the response will be the buyer of New Buyz providing the required value at customs without being able to process a refund. For any return for any reason whatsoever, the cost of return shipment to the warehouses is borne by the customer.
